In short. The subscription is charged monthly until you cancel it. We send a reminder to the bot 24 hours before each charge. You can cancel in one tap — in the Mini App Profile or in the bot, no calls or emails.
1. General provisions
1.1. These terms are part of the Terms of Service and govern the And Action AI subscription. Provider: Mikhail Volkov, self-employed, TIN (INN) 784001231801.
1.2. A subscription is a service with a recurring (monthly) automatic charge to the User’s bank card and tokens credited for each paid period.
2. Plans

Subscription tokens are valid for 60 days from crediting, so skipping a month does not waste them.
3. Signing up
3.1. The subscription is purchased in the Mini App. Before payment the User sees the amount, the charge frequency, how to cancel and a link to these terms.
3.2. The User gives separate consent to automatic charges by ticking a checkbox that is unchecked by default. The Service records the date and time of consent and the version of these terms.
3.3. The subscription is paid by bank card or another method for which the YooKassa payment service (NBCO YooMoney LLC) supports recurring charges. Telegram Stars are not accepted for subscriptions.
3.4. The first payment is charged at sign-up. A subscription period is one calendar month from the payment date.
4. Reminders and charges
4.1. At least 24 hours before each charge the Service sends the User a message in the bot @and_action_ai_bot with the amount, the charge date and a cancel button.
4.2. At the end of the period the Service charges for the next period and credits the tokens. A receipt is generated in the “Moy Nalog” app and sent to the User.
4.3. If a charge fails, the Service makes no more than two further attempts within 3 days, notifying the User. If payment still fails, the subscription ends.
5. Cancellation
5.1. The User may cancel at any time in one tap: Mini App → Profile → Subscription → “Cancel”, or with a command in the bot @and_action_ai_bot. No calls, emails or reasons are required.
5.2. Cancellation takes effect immediately: there will be no further charges, and the saved payment method is no longer used for automatic charges.
5.3. Tokens credited before cancellation remain on the balance until they expire.
6. Changes
6.1. The Service notifies the User in the bot at least 14 days before any change of the subscription price or terms takes effect. The User may cancel before the first charge under the new terms.
7. Refunds
Refunds for a paid period are made under the Refund Policy — for the unspent tokens of that period.
