FAQ
Is it safe to upload my child’s photo?
The photo is only used to draw the hero. The original photo and the character reference are deleted right after the video is assembled, or after 24 hours if the storyboard is abandoned. Finished videos are kept for 30 days in “My works”; you can delete them earlier.
What if I don’t like the video?
Before paying you see a free storyboard with all the scenes and the exact price. Each frame can be redrawn for free up to 3 times, and extra scenes can be removed (the video gets cheaper). You can make up to 5 storyboards without paying. Tokens are only spent when you tap “Create video”. If rendering fails due to a technical error, tokens are refunded automatically.
What are tokens and how long do they last?
Tokens are the service’s internal currency: a 5-second scene costs 140 tokens, a 20-second video costs 560. Pack tokens are valid for 12 months, subscription tokens for 60 days.
How do I cancel the subscription?
In one tap: Profile → Subscription → “Cancel” in the app, or a command in the bot. No calls or emails. There will be no next charge; your tokens stay until they expire.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, for unspent purchased tokens — on request in the bot or by email; we review requests within 10 days. Details are in the Refund Policy.
How can I pay?
By card, SBP or SberPay (processed by YooKassa; a receipt from the “Moy Nalog” tax app is sent after payment) or with Telegram Stars. The subscription is card only.
How long does it take?
The storyboard is usually ready in about a minute, the video in a few minutes. You can close the app: the bot will send the video when it’s ready.
Is the first video really free?
Yes: one trial video of about 5 seconds with a watermark per account. Only the free video has a watermark.
