In short. Technical failure — tokens are refunded automatically. Money for unspent purchased tokens is refunded on request; we review requests within 10 days. Not liking a finished video is not a reason for a refund — that is what the free storyboard before payment is for.
1. General provisions
1.1. This policy is part of the Terms of Service. Provider: Mikhail Volkov, self-employed, TIN (INN) 784001231801.
1.2. This policy does not limit the User’s rights under the Russian Consumer Protection Law.
2. Technical failure
If a Video was not created due to a technical error of the Service or a neural network provider, the tokens debited for it are returned to the balance automatically, without a request.
3. Refund of money for unspent tokens
3.1. The User may withdraw from the services and request a refund for purchased but unspent tokens (Article 32 of the Consumer Protection Law).
3.2. Requests are sent to the bot @and_action_ai_bot or to and-action-ai@mail.ru, stating the Telegram account and the payment date. Requests are reviewed within 10 days.
3.3. The refund for each payment is calculated as: amount paid × (unspent purchased tokens of that payment ÷ all purchased tokens of that payment).
3.4. Bonus tokens (promotions, first-purchase bonus) are not refundable in money.
3.5. The payment provider’s fee, which is not returned to the Provider, is withheld from the refund.
3.6. Refunded tokens are removed from the balance.
4. Finished videos
Before a Video is created the User sees a free Storyboard with scenes, frames and price, and can regenerate frames or remove scenes. Subjective dissatisfaction with a finished Video made from an approved Storyboard is not a reason to refund tokens. If a Video has an obvious technical defect (for example, it does not play or cuts off), the User can report it to support and the tokens for the defective scene will be returned.
5. Subscription
A refund for a subscription period is calculated under section 3 — for the unspent tokens credited for that period. Cancelling stops future charges — see the Subscription Terms.
6. Telegram Stars
Payments made with Telegram Stars are refunded in Telegram Stars to the User’s account under Telegram’s rules.
7. Method and timing
7.1. Money is returned by the same method used for payment (to the same bank card or account). Crediting time depends on the bank and may take up to 30 days.
7.2. The receipt issued for the payment is cancelled or corrected in the “Moy Nalog” app.
