I, a user of And Action AI, by giving my consent in the Mini App, freely, of my own will and in my own interest consent to the operator — Mikhail Volkov, self-employed, TIN (INN) 784001231801, email and-action-ai@mail.ru (the “Operator”) — processing my personal data on the following terms.
1. Data
- my Telegram account ID, name, username and language;
- the hero photos I upload and the character reference created from them;
- idea and script texts;
- created Videos and frames;
- payment data (without bank card data).
2. Purposes
Creating Videos from my photos and descriptions, providing the Service’s features, accepting payments and accounting for tokens, notifications, moderation, support.
3. Processing operations
Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification, retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), depersonalisation, blocking, deletion and destruction — using automated means.
4. Transfer to third parties
I consent to the transfer of data to: Telegram; YooKassa (NBCO YooMoney LLC); Selectel JSC (storage in Russia); neural network providers to create Videos, including cross-border transfer to providers whose servers are located outside the Russian Federation. The list of countries is given in the Privacy Policy.
5. A child’s photo
By uploading a photo of a minor, I confirm that I am their parent or other legal guardian and give this consent on the child’s behalf as well.
6. Photos of other people
By uploading a photo of another adult, I confirm that I have obtained their consent to the processing of their image to create a Video.
7. Term and withdrawal
7.1. This consent is valid until withdrawn or until the account is deleted. Photos are kept no longer than the periods set out in the Privacy Policy.
7.2. I may withdraw consent by writing to the bot @and_action_ai_bot or to and-action-ai@mail.ru. After withdrawal the Operator stops processing and deletes the data within 10 business days, except data it must keep by law (payment data). Videos cannot be created without consent.
