1. General provisions
1.1. These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a public offer within the meaning of Articles 435 and 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and set out the conditions for using the And Action AI service (the “Service”).
1.2. The Service is provided by Mikhail Volkov, a self-employed individual under the Professional Income Tax regime, TIN (INN) 784001231801, email and-action-ai@mail.ru (the “Provider”).
1.3. The User accepts the Terms by either agreeing to them in the Mini App on first launch or paying for tokens or a subscription. The agreement is concluded upon acceptance.
1.4. The Subscription Terms, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy and Data Processing Consent form an integral part of these Terms.
2. Definitions
- Service — the And Action AI software available via the Telegram bot @and_action_ai_bot, the Mini App (a web app inside Telegram) and the website and-action-ai.ru.
- Video — a short video (usually 10–30 seconds) generated by the Service with neural networks from the User’s photo and description.
- Scene — a part of a Video about 5 seconds long.
- Storyboard — key frames and scene descriptions of a future Video that the User sees before rendering starts.
- Tokens — the Service’s internal unit of account used to pay for Videos.
- Trial video — a free Video about 5 seconds long with a watermark.
3. Subject matter
3.1. The Provider creates Videos for the User using neural networks based on the hero photo and the idea description uploaded by the User, and provides access to the Service’s features.
3.2. The finished Video is delivered in the Mini App (“My works”) and as a message in the bot. The service is deemed rendered when the Video becomes available to the User.
3.3. Neural network output is creative and probabilistic: the hero’s appearance, movements and scene details may differ from the User’s expectations. The Storyboard lets the User evaluate the result before paying.
4. Access
4.1. The Service is intended for persons aged 18 or over. A Video about a child is created by the child’s parent or other legal guardian.
4.2. The User signs in with a Telegram account and is responsible for keeping access to it secure.
5. Tokens
5.1. Tokens are the Service’s internal unit of account. Tokens are not money, electronic money or securities, cannot be transferred to another user and cannot be exchanged for money except as provided in the Refund Policy.
5.2. One Scene costs 140 tokens. A 20-second Video costs 560 tokens, a 30-second one — 840 tokens. The exact price is shown on the Storyboard before rendering; removing a Scene reduces the price.
5.3. Tokens are debited when rendering starts. Regenerating a single Scene costs its regular price.
5.4. Token validity:
- pack tokens — 12 months from purchase;
- subscription tokens — 60 days from crediting;
- bonus tokens (promotions, first-purchase bonus) — 30 days from crediting.
Unused tokens expire after their validity period. Tokens that expire earliest are spent first.
6. Prices and payment
6.1. Token packs:

6.2. Subscriptions are governed by the Subscription Terms.
6.3. Card, SBP and SberPay payments are processed by the YooKassa payment service (operated by NBCO YooMoney LLC). The Provider does not receive or store card data. After payment, a receipt is generated in the “Moy Nalog” app and sent to the User.
6.4. Telegram Stars payments are made inside Telegram under Telegram’s rules.
6.5. The Provider may change prices. Changes do not affect tokens already purchased.
6.6. If the first purchase is made within 24 hours after creating the Trial video, the User receives bonus tokens equal to 30% of the purchased amount (once per account).
7. Free features
7.1. The Storyboard is free and included in the Video price; each Storyboard includes 3 free frame regenerations.
7.2. Without starting a render, a User may create no more than 5 Storyboards over the lifetime of the account. A Storyboard that was rendered does not count toward this limit.
7.3. Each account gets one Trial video. Only the Trial video carries a watermark.
8. Subscription
Subscription, automatic charges and cancellation are governed by the Subscription Terms.
9. Content rules
9.1. The User may upload only their own photo, a photo of their minor child (as the child’s legal guardian), or a photo of another person who has consented.
9.2. It is prohibited to upload photos of public figures without consent or images of documents, and to create sexual, abusive, violent, discriminatory or otherwise unlawful content or content infringing third-party rights.
9.3. The Service automatically checks idea texts, photos, scripts and frames, and may refuse to create a Video that violates clause 9.2; no tokens are debited for a request rejected before rendering.
9.4. After three violations of clause 9.2 the Provider may block access to the Service.
10. Rights to the Video
10.1. The User may use the created Video in any lawful way, including downloading, publishing and sharing it.
10.2. The Provider does not publish the User’s Videos or use them in advertising or examples without the User’s separate explicit consent.
11. Storage
11.1. Finished Videos are kept for 30 days in “My works”; the User may delete them earlier.
11.2. The original photo and the character reference created from it are deleted right after the Video is assembled, or after 24 hours if the Storyboard was not rendered.
12. Liability
12.1. The Service is provided “as is”. The Provider does not guarantee that a Video will meet the User’s subjective expectations and is not liable for outages of Telegram, payment services or neural network providers.
12.2. If a Video was not created due to a technical failure, the debited tokens are refunded automatically.
12.3. The Provider’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the User over the last 12 months.
12.4. The User is responsible for the lawfulness of uploaded photos and texts and for obtaining consent of the people depicted.
13. Refunds
Token and money refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.
14. Personal data
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Consent.
15. Claims and disputes
15.1. Claims are sent to and-action-ai@mail.ru or to the support bot @and_action_ai_bot. We reply within 10 days.
15.2. These Terms are governed by the law of the Russian Federation. Disputes not resolved by negotiation are settled in court under Russian law, including consumer protection law.
16. Changes
16.1. The Provider may amend these Terms by publishing a new version on and-action-ai.ru. The new version takes effect upon publication unless stated otherwise.
16.2. Users are notified in the bot in advance of changes affecting subscriptions, within the periods set out in the Subscription Terms.
